On the particular day I left my phone somewhere there, the day I went for my second time to buy an extension wired. In addition I had renewed as a member of the challenger, Thus. I told the cashier lady that I lost my phone, but she replied she had not received any lost and found items that belong to customers , As a result , She called and found while in the car my son drove to my mom house and happy so the next day I collect personally. Most of their products related into technologies and accessories also gadgets,should updated the latest version ,their sale person really helpful & friendly polite can increased their sale performance, nevertheless newly graduation obtained new knowledge with customers feedback and demand over here is the practice ground the young they should employ experience senior staff , the profit market chart definitely increase,however never thought in my mind , repair laptop service is here service was really experience, technician supervisor Jeff was doing best service to customer

I entered the store and approached an employee to inquire about the laptop I had selected. They suggested whether I wanted to buy a better one. After I rejected, they asked if I wanted to purchase an extended warranty, but they didn’t provide more clear and details information about the warranty itself instead I asked. After I got a call to my bf and come back to ask some warranty-related questions, their attitude became unpleasant. When it was time to purchase, they simply pointed to the counter side without even looking at me. The entire experience was terrible, who was of chinese guy attitude extremely poor. I hope the company takes this matter seriously and addresses such incidents appropriately. I will not step foot into that store again.

Why cant they be more friendlier like Challenger TampinesMall and Expo. When you are hinting them that you need assistance, they will look at you and shy away, ignoring you for awhile. Bought an iphone case for my brother as a gift and asked for a new stock because they wrapped the UAG casing with a rope/tape that tighly seals and crumples the box. The clerk said so that it will not be stolen and then asked me to pay at the counter right away, as if im gonna steal that case that is protected by keylock and that tape, duh!! The reason im looking for them is to have a new stock rather than buying a damaged box. They also played this card when I bought my Asus dualband router, they will just bring you right away to the counter as if your gonna buy 1 item only. Not sure of their problem with theft but, they shouldnt vent it out to legit customers. You buy expensive things and the packaging is part of the experience. They need to train their clerks on sales and customer service. It would been nice if they check or listen to what their customer needs. Hope this honest review helps the customer and this store itself.
